Voucher rules
These are the rules that are the same at every shop. Each voucher's own condition and expiry date are written on it.
Who gives the prize
A voucher is a gift from the shop that issued it, and that shop honours it. Jom Lagi provides the system and keeps your vouchers for you.
How to use one
Go to the shop, open your voucher and press "Use now" in front of the staff. Once pressed, it is used. When the staff see the "Used" screen, they give you the item.
Conditions and expiry
The condition is written on the voucher, for example spend RM15 or more. The expiry date is written on it too, and after that day the voucher no longer works. If the shop registers a closure of 3 days or more, the vouchers you hold are extended automatically.
What you can and can't do
A voucher is used only at the shop that issued it, once, with no cash value, and it can't be passed to someone else. Friend vouchers are for friends visiting that shop for the first time.
The draw
Each time you scan in the shop you can draw once, and everyone gets a prize. If you hold an unused next-visit voucher, use it first, then draw.
A new phone
Your vouchers can only be seen on the phone that scanned. On a new phone, enter a voucher code or ask the staff for a 6-digit number to get them back.
If the shop didn't give it, or has closed
If you met the condition and the shop did not give the prize, use "Tell Jom Lagi" on the voucher and we will contact the shop. If a shop closes down, its vouchers can no longer be used, and we are not able to give the prize in the shop's place.
