Jom Lagi

Word-of-mouth system · for shop owners

Your customers bring new ones. New ones become regulars.

A customer posts about your shop and gets a small gift right away. A friend sees the post and comes in, and only then do you give the friend gift. Everyone who visits leaves with a voucher for next time, so they come back.

Free for your first 300 customers.

Not offered in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland for now. Notices to owners go by email. Payment is by card through Stripe.

Customers bring you new customers

  1. A customer posts from your shopThey scan the QR on the stand and take a photo. Jom Lagi adds a frame with your shop name and a few lines of text. They pick a platform, post, show your staff, and get the post gift right there.
  2. Friends see the post and come inThe post carries the customer's code. A friend says the code at the counter, or taps the link to claim first, and gets a friend gift. You only give it when the friend is actually in your shop.
  3. Bring enough friends, get something biggerThree friends within 90 days and the poster gets a bigger reward, like a whole cake. You set the number and the reward.

WhatsApp Status, Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok. Photo sizes are set for each platform.

New faces become regulars

How one customer becomes two

First-time customers leave their number and hold a voucher for next time. They get a reminder before it expires, and you can invite them back from the dashboard in one tap.

  1. "First time here? Scan this, there's a small gift today."
  2. Today's gift in hand, and a voucher for next time on the phone.
  3. One goes to a friend.
  4. The friend really came, and the sender gets a thank-you gift too.

Customers don't download an app. A name and a phone number is enough. You only give the friend gift and the thank-you gift once the friend has used the voucher in your shop.

You see who actually came

Every month we tell you how many new customers came and how many came back with a voucher. The list is yours to export.

Sample data. This is not a real shop; the numbers are here so you can see what each box means.

Be the customer once

Go through what a customer does: leave a number, get the welcome gift, draw a voucher, send one to a friend. It is a sample shop, so the vouchers can't be redeemed.

These are demo shops. Open one on your phone and go through the draw and the friend share.

My regulars get something every visit. Will I keep losing money?

You do give, and you decide what and how much. The templates default to add-ons, upgrades and small bites that cost US$1 to US$3, and your prices stay as they are.

What do staff do?

Say one line: “Scan this, today you get ___.” It is printed on the back of the counter stand. For the post gift, staff check three things on the customer's phone: it can be seen, it shows your shop name, it was posted today. Then the customer taps “Use now” in front of staff, and staff hand over the gift when they see the red “Used” stamp.

How soon will I see results?

Post gifts start on day one: a customer posts and their friends see it the same day. Customers coming back with vouchers show up in the first few weeks. Post the promo kit on Facebook and your WhatsApp status in the first week and new customers come sooner.

Reminders and messages to customers are free

Voucher reminders go out as phone notifications. When you want to message a customer, the dashboard writes it and it goes from your own WhatsApp. Both are free, and the yearly price is fixed.

Is it right for your shop?

Answer five questions.

  1. 1. Do customers come back repeatedly?
  2. 2. Do they live or work nearby?
  3. 3. Is there waiting time in your shop (ordering, queuing, treatments)?
  4. 4. Do you have small, cheap things customers would value?
  5. 5. Are you, the owner, usually in the shop?

Your first 300 customers. Everything included: post gift, friend gift, friends reward, next-visit vouchers, expiry reminders, shop page, customer list.

Counted in total from the day you open. You pay only after 300.

Member system (in Lucco Boss) · US$99 a year

Unlimited customers, same features. One card payment covers a year. Nothing is charged automatically when it ends, and renewing is up to you. Every outlet is the same price.

Work out the break-even

Each customer who comes back with a voucher leaves you about US$10 after the prize. US$99 a year is US$8.25 a month, so 1 more such customers a month pays for it.

This is arithmetic. Regulars who would have come anyway will use vouchers too; that part is what you give back to regulars, and the prize page in your dashboard works it out. To see how many more you really get, put the QR out for a month and read the dashboard.

Owners ask

Will customers really post?

They get a gift on the spot for posting, with no spend needed. Jom Lagi prepares the photo frame and the text, so the customer picks a platform and taps once. It takes about a minute. The stand says “Post and get ___”, and staff mention it when taking the order. The funnel in your dashboard shows how many people reach each step.

WhatsApp Status is gone in 24 hours. How do I know it works?

Every post carries the poster's code and link. When a friend says the code at the counter or claims through the link, the dashboard records who brought them and from which platform. How many each platform brought and who brings the most are on one page.

I already post on Facebook myself. What is different?

Your posts reach people who follow you. A customer's post reaches their own friends, and most of them have never been to your shop. Do both and they add up.

Will customers actually scan?

The stand says what they get: “Scan this. Today's gift: ___”, with a picture of it, for example half a kaya toast or a hand treatment. People scan when they sit down and see something they want, and more scan when staff say one line while taking the order. The print kit is ready to take to a print shop.

Do I need to train staff?

One line is all they need: “Scan this, today you get ___, and there's more next time.” It is printed on the back of the stand. Customers scan and tap “Use now” themselves, and staff hand over the gift when they see “Used”.

What about Google reviews?

After a customer uses a voucher, the page asks them once to write a Google review, and it is their choice. The post gift does not depend on a review. Staff only check that the post went out.

Will you use my customers to promote other shops?

No. We only remind customers about vouchers from the shop they visited. The list is yours, export any time.

What gifts should I choose?

We preload a set for your trade (café, restaurant, nails, car wash…) and you edit the words. Prizes are things from your shop, and your prices stay as they are. Aim to keep the cost at 10% to 15% of what the customer spends on that visit.

Are prize draws allowed in my country?

Shops outside Malaysia and Singapore start on Fixed gift: every customer gets the same next-visit voucher, or picks one from a few, so nothing depends on chance. Wheel, scratch card and gift boxes are there if you want them. Some countries require a permit for prize draws, and that part is your responsibility.

What if I don't want to renew?

If you don't renew, vouchers customers already hold are honoured and new customers still get the welcome gift, while new next-visit vouchers and friend vouchers pause. The list stays yours, and you can pay to resume any time.
