What should I give to make customers post?
The post gift can be small: an extra topping, a snack or a drink upgrade that costs RM1 to RM3. Keep the bigger reward for customers who bring enough friends.
Do customers have to post?
No. After drawing a voucher a customer can also send a friend voucher on WhatsApp. When the friend uses it in store, the sender gets a thank-you gift.
How do I know which customer brought a friend?
Every customer has a personal code. The friend says it or taps the link in the post, and the dashboard records who brought them and from which platform.
