  1. The number is the membership

    No forms and no cards. The line where the customer leaves a number includes consent to be contacted, and you can only contact customers who agreed.

  2. Loyalty rewards and birthday gifts

    The 6th and 10th visit earn a loyalty reward, and a birthday earns a birthday gift. You set the prizes and conditions.

  3. Keep your POS

    Jom Lagi does not connect to a POS and you do not switch systems. The POS records sales and points, and a QR on the counter adds one more thing: bringing in new customers.

My POS already has members. Do I still need this?

Keep the points. Points reward people who already spend. Jom Lagi adds bringing friends in: you only give the gift when the friend really turns up.

Who owns the customer list?

The shop does, and you can export it any time. A customer at two shops is two separate records, and we do not push your customers to other shops.
